You may never have heard of krill, but it is one of the gifts offered us by the sea and the most beneficial that exists for the organism. It contains protein of the highest quality in a proportion that no other food reaches, as well as omega-3 fatty acids in high concentrations and antioxidants, making krill a real ally in lifting the levels of good cholesterol -HDL- in the blood and, therefore, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

In our recipe it is combined with a selection of Nordic fish which, accustomed to cold water and the lack of sunlight, provide high proportions of vitamin D, essential for reinforcing the immune system during times of low sunlight, in addition to fats that are beneficial in combating low temperatures.
